Customer service coordinator will be working along side our customer service manager and is an individual who answers inquiries and provides information regarding our goods, services and policies and who provides customer services and processing requests for services and scheduling.


Main duties:

• Receives walk-in service requests forms from Service Advisor.
• Receives and processes service requests from website/online, email, fax, and telephone, and completes required information.
• Checks original order information or proof of purchase, enters service request into system
• Confirms with customer service manager on charges for out of town cases and other exceptional cases, and report any follow-ups that cannot be found in system
• Coordinate service requests with customers and service technicians for service visits.
• Coordinates by email or phone with customers re any charges, receives payment information and forward it to accounts receivables for processing
• Process incomplete service visits
• Other duties as required.
Employment requirements
• Completion of secondary school.
• Completion of some college or other post-secondary programs. (not mandatory)
• 2- 3 years clerical or sales experience.
